Motifs/Patterns: The body of this saree is woven in a rich, deep black Tussar silk, which lends a natural texture and sheen unique to handloom Tussar. Scattered all throughout are delicate flower motifs (bootis) intricately crafted with zari and highlighted using Meenakari work in soft tones of red, green, and gold. These motifs add a subtle vibrance against the black background, making the body both elegant and lively. The placement of the motifs is consistent and evenly spaced, ensuring balance and sophistication in its visual appeal. The pallu is the crown of this masterpiece. It features heavy, intricate zari weaving in antique gold with complex floral and geometric patterns running across its length.
