Refund Processing: We process refunds within 24 hours of approved cancellation. However, refunds might take up to 7 days to reflect in your account based on your bank’s processing timelines.

We understand that sometimes things can go wrong. If you receive an incorrect product, experience a rare manufacturing issue, we will work with you to resolve the situation.

To process any return or replacement, we require an unboxing video that captures the entire package opening process from start to finish without any cuts or edits.

Upon verification and approval of your submitted video and images, we will offer a replacement resolution. Please note that the same saree design may not be available, but you will have the option to choose any other saree of your choice from our collection.
